How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany. UK orders over £35 ship free.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide for the best fit.
What if the product doesn't fit?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it — and the fastest way to change size is to return the original item and place a new order. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Do your products run true to size?
Our shapewear is designed to fit snugly for optimal support. We recommend following our size guide carefully. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for all-day comfort.
Product Care
How do I care for my shapewear?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener to maintain the quality and elasticity of the fabric.
Can I machine wash my products?
While hand washing is recommended, you can machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry to preserve the fabric.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Return postage is paid by the customer — faulty items are always on us. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, intimates and swimwear cannot be returned once worn or once the protective seal is removed. Please try items on over your own underwear.
