Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany.
Delivery times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods or carrier disruptions, delivery can occasionally take a little longer — if your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact us at kontakt@skinzform.com and we'll chase it for you.
Delivery costs
- United Kingdom: FREE delivery on orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged the rate shown at checkout.
- Denmark and Germany: rates are shown at checkout in your local currency.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local collection point first, then get in touch — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
