Changed your mind? You have 14 days.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. This is your legal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and it applies to every item in our store, including sale items.
How to return
- Email us at kontakt@skinzform.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll confirm your return and send you the return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of letting us know. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Condition of returns
Because shapewear and underwear are intimate garments, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, in their original packaging. Please try briefs, bodysuits and swimwear on over your own underwear. Items that don't meet these hygiene conditions can't be refunded.
Your refund
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping costs are refunded when you cancel the full order within the 14-day period.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, that's on us: contact us and we'll cover the return postage and offer a replacement or a full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order.
