Who we are

This store is operated under the trading name Skinzform ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at kontakt@skinzform.com.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we've received your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full immediately.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we're not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

Products and sizing

We work hard to display products accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens. Every product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres — measuring yourself before ordering is the best route to a perfect fit. Between sizes? Size up for all-day comfort.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy — both form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when the contract was made, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding — belongs to Skinzform and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
